Here's one example to get started.

Health Care Clinic in Saginaw, Michigan, was fined for improper disposal of medical waste, including fetal remains. A woman reported finding open containers labled as containing "products of conception." She saw pieces of feteuses, including a hand and fragments of bone, cartilage, muscle, lung, and liver stuck to the bottom of a container thrown away by the facility in December of 1991. An inspection found that the clinic had a "commercial waste grinder." Sources: affidavit of woman 12-12-91; Environmental Quality Specialist's report; Administrative Citation, Incident #168
